2022 ANZ Enterprise SMB survey – business sentiment and ICT priorities

This report analyses a survey of 500 firms across Australia and New Zealand conducted in late 2022. It examines business sentiment, digital maturity, and ICT priorities, finding that while most companies expect improving conditions, a significant gap exists between enterprises and SMBs. The study highlights that network performance has overtaken price as a primary supplier decision factor, and identifies a growing urgency for cybersecurity capabilities as firms increase their reliance on cloud services and remote working models.
