On 23rd August 2018, Nine Entertainment reported its FY18 earnings. Strong ratings performance in key demographics, rise in digital subscriber base and focus on controlling costs drove an uplift in revenue and earnings for FY18.

Revenue of A$1,318mn, up 6% from FY17.
Operating EBITDA of A$257mn up 25% over FY17.
Operating Net Profit after Tax of A$157mn up 27% over FY17
5 cents final dividend declared for full year total of 10 cents fully franked.
Consistently improved ratings performance in the 25-54s age group with network share of 38.2%.
More than 6.5mn registered users on 9Now with 90% revenue growth.
