TLDR version:  New property developments are a key battleground for nbn as it seeks to grow its revenues. FY23 has been a better year for nbn on this front, reflecting the efforts its has made in prior years to be more competitive in this segment. The success of nbn creates greater incentives for aggregation of non-nbn ‘altnets’. Encouragement of better mobile coverage in new developments may also increase competition in greenfield sites, while also reinvigorating the case for neutral-host mobile infrastructure.
