TLDR version: This week we published our “Video Viewing Trends and Outlook” report, forecasting the viewing share of AVOD, SVOD, pay TV, and FTA TV viewing over the next five years. Video viewing patterns have changed dramatically in the last decade. FTA viewing in particular continues to decline, but we expect this decline to moderate as SVOD matures and AVOD struggles to grow viewing of long-form content. There are also wildcards that could affect the development of viewing over the next five years.
