Venture Insights has recently completed its mobile telephony consumer survey – where we also decided to test consumer interest in the upcoming launch of 5G networks. 

Australian consumers are generally seen as early adopters of new technology and given the strong growth in smartphone usage across a wide range of applications, our view was that consumers care about technology upgrades and are willing to shift to gain a better experience.  The early results from our mobile survey certainly support this.
